BIOL A110 — Survey of Brewing and Fermentation Science 2 Credits

Introduces styles, terminology, flavors, faults, and proper service of beer and other fermented beverages. Discusses brewing processes and brewing science. Demonstrates commercial brewing, careers in brewing, and other fermented beverage industries. Special Note: Must be age 21 or older by the first day of class.
