HERS 470 - Contemporary Topics in Human Nutrition HERS 470 - Contemporary Topics in Human Nutrition (3 credits) This course will expose students to topics in human nutrition that are currently controversial or popular in our culture. This course will also explore skills necessary to individuals become discerning consumers of nutrition information and develop an evidence informed practice. Student must have completed at least 60 credits and have declared Nutrition Minor or Public Health Nutrition Emphasis. Grade only. alternate years. Course Registration
