CAD 210 — AutoCAD II

/3 contact hours This course is a continuation of AutoCAD I. This course teaches students to apply AutoCAD to the development of drawings that meet American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards in a variety of drafting fields. Speed, efficiency, development of AutoCAD standards, customization of AutoCAD to meet various needs, control of variables, use of advanced drawing techniques, symbol libraries, plotting of drawings, and specialized AutoCAD techniques will be covered. Prerequisite(s): CAD 102 or permission of the Department Chair Core fulfilled: None course descriptions
