LDR 101 — Leadership: Theory and Practice
/3 contact hours This course is an introduction to theories, models, and styles of leadership. Formal and informal leadership will be discussed in the context of interpersonal behavior and decision making. The application of leadership principles will be presented from the perspective of the employee, supervisor, manager, and executive.
