LDR 210 — Leadership: Ethics and Justice
/3 contact hours Policy and policy development will be studied in this course. This includes policy implementation and adherence through procedure. Legal, ethical and just conduct are viewed as foundational to quality leadership and are expressed as the policy, procedure, and actions of the organization. Diversity, inclusion, and equity are presented as overarching components of policy. The courses will include reviewing the steps in the process of policy development and procedural implementation as a reflection of leadership and expression of organizational integrity.
