LDR 220 — Case Studies in Leadership
/3 contact hours Serving as the capstone to this program, several relevant case studies will be discussed. Students will discuss cases from the perspective of the decision makers by applying the concepts of leadership and management presented in the program. Alternative courses of action will be considered and debated. The case studies will be used to demonstrate the role leadership plays in the result. The studies will conclude with an examination of the origins of leadership and exploring the question, “How do you become a leader?” Prerequisite(s): LDR 101 Corequisite(s): LDR 210 Core fulfilled: None course descriptions
