CART 246L expands on the knowledge, skills, cooking techniques, and principles learned in CART 245L Cooking Fundamentals I. Adding a Master Task & Timeline to the Chef’s Prep List will develop task timing and operational awareness in the Lab. Participation in a Master Chef class or a school-sponsored event is Mandatory for this course. Prerequisite(s): CART 201 - Stocks, Soups, and Sauces , CART 201L - Stock, Soups & Sauces Lab , CART 245 - Cooking Fundamentals I Lecture , and CART 245L - Cooking Fundamentals I Lab Corequisite(s): CART 246 - Cooking Fundamentals II
