CUL-115 — Culinary Foundations 1
This course is an introduction to the professional kitchen. Students will use hands-on practices to develop classical knife skills, cooking methods and techniques while learning proper sanitation procedures, knife safety, and use of standard kitchen equipment. Students will take a practical assessment to demonstrate proficiency with these kitchen skills. Additional expenses may include supplies, equipment, and/or uniforms. Class Meets 6 hrs lab Ed.
