AETC 165 — Lean Manufacturing
Students will learn about lean manufacturing from concepts to practice and implementation. Topics may include just-in-time inventory, setup reduction, value stream mapping, the Kaizen approach, 5S, and an introduction to Six Sigma. Students will discover lean manufacturing through lectures, readings, and projects.
