This course provides a thorough overview of how to manage people and organizations in today’s business landscape. The course addresses the impact of management, considerations in ethics, social responsibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion, in the business environment using the four functions of management (planning, organizing, leading, and controlling). The course also develops the student’s critical thinking skills by applying management concepts to current events. Additionally, this is a speaking intensive course and students will speak publicly with other students.
