LECT 30 hrs LAB 30 hrs Practical training in the operations and practices of a modern dining room. Students will learn the techniques needed to work and succeed as a management professional in the dining environment. The importance of customer service will culminate with the operation of a theoretical restaurant and individual catering experiences as Dining Room staff and management. CCM dining room shirt, Bow tie, Black dress slacks, and black non-skid work shoes required for class. Additional Fees: Course fee applies.
