CUL224 — Restaurant Experience II
2 Cr. Per Week: 0 Lec., 6 Lab This course encompasses the daily operation of a working kitchen. Building on the skills introduced and practiced in previous labs, the student will now reinforce these skills in the public arena. The class will create daily menus along with station organization and the execution of dinner service in the student-run restaurant.
