These topics include the role of leadership in organizational culture, creating health and wellness culture and managing change and innovation, handling conflict and applying theories of organizational behaviour. These topics will you understand the important roles that managers play in directing organizational change in response to the realities of power and politics in organizational life. 3 Credits Time Guidelines The standard instructional time for this course is 45 hours.
