Agribusiness, Associate of Arts
The business of agriculture contributes significantly to the employment of Idaho's workforce and its gross product. The Associate of Arts Degree in Agribusiness focuses on the study and application of agribusiness and agricultural economic theory, while exposing students to the production, processing, and marketing of agricultural commodities. The Agribusiness A.A. Degree helps students develop a solid understanding of business management strategies needed for students to be successful in a competitive market environment while preparing students for transfer to four-year programs in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, and Agricultural Finance. Focus is also placed on helping students identify future career opportunities and begin building a professional network within the agribusiness field. For students requiring flexibility, this degree can be completed fully (or partially)
