MKTG 481 — Negotiation Strategies and Tactics
The course aims at developing the necessary skills for successful negotiations, such as communication, interpersonal relations, and critical thinking. The course will focus on the complex three-stage negotiation process: preparation, negotiating, and post-negotiation implementation and evaluation. The course combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience through hands-on learning. The students will be engaged in role-playing exercises, simulations, and group discussions.
